### Where do online payments go?
Connect your own Razorpay account using your API keys and webhook settings in the dashboard. Payments are processed through your restaurant’s account. Settlement timing follows your Razorpay terms.

### Can customers pay after their meal?
Yes. The ordering flow supports payment before dining or after the meal.

### How will my team know about new orders?
A sound or voice alert announces incoming orders. Choose a preferred alert voice and use your device speaker or a connected sound system. Sound must be enabled in the browser.

### Can I update the menu myself?
Yes. Add and manage menu items from your dashboard, where you can also track orders, payments and business analytics.
